Getting Started Meditation Series

$99

3 consecutive sessions (20-30 minutes) of guided meditation via video conference. This will give you a jump start at beginning and continuing your own practice. Recordings of the sessions will be given to you to support your initial practice.

In-home Yoga/Mindfulness/Meditation

$250/session

When I come to you for yoga sessions, I bring everything needed to accommodate our work including yoga props, essential oils, and possibly items for sound healing depending on the scope of our work. The focus can be on an intense physical practice, restorative or therapeutic yoga, or guided meditation and mindfulness training. The fee includes travel time within a 30 mile radius of Agoura Hills, CA.

Yoga Sessions at My Space

$150/session

When you come to me, everything needed to accommodate our work is provided - including yoga props, essential oils, and possibly items for sound healing depending on the scope of our work. The focus can be on an intense physical practice, restorative or therapeutic yoga, or guided meditation and mindfulness training.

One-on-One Coaching in person or via Skype

$150/session, 5 sessions $700

These one hour sessions can be done at my studio space or via video conference.

Tune-Up Session

$50/session

30 minutes by video conference when you need a mindfulness tune-up or some support through a challenging situation. These sessions can include guided meditation or one of the other powerful processes we use to help you gain clarity and peace of mind.

I'm-All-In Package

$1450

90 days of coaching support that includes 12 one-on-one coaching sessions (one per week) plus unlimited email support for 90 consecutive days. A minimum of $500 savings to you. I offer this option to encourage commitment and to accelerate your expansion.
